Hi there, everyone! I hope all is well with everyone! We’ve had a great last few weeks. My husband Zach’s mom and sister came into town for a long weekend, and we had a great time with them. We BBQ’d with family, went and saw Hotel Transylvania (cute movie!), went to church together, and just had fun together.
Our third born who is now 4, started T-ball last week. He had his first game on Saturday, and it was AWESOME! What’s more is that he gets to be on the same team as his cousin, which is so fun for them! I always dreamed of when my kids would start trying out sports, and wondered which ones would “stick”. So this is so much fun for us! It’s so cute watching those 3 and 4 year olds learn to play ball too. All the dads are out there with their sons, helping them and teaching them along the way. It was seriously precious!

I have a great meal idea for you today from a wonderful new recipe site that I came across. You know how much I love finding fun new resources for us all to have on hand! The recipe is Low Fat Baked Ziti With Spinach (which freezes well also), and it’s from the site Skinny Taste. It’s a site dedicated to a LOT of great, low fat recipes that are tried and true by the author. So this is an amazing find!!
