Meal Idea Monday: Crock Pot White Chili

Good morning, everyone! I have a delicious recipe for you guys today… Crock Pot White Chili from the amazing site, Crock Pot 365

My husband and I really enjoy white chili, it’s good stuff! We’ve made this several times, and it’s a great meal- I’m always a fan of meals made so easily in the crock pot. 🙂 This recipe freezes well also, so this is a great meal to bring for a Food Tidings schedule that asks for freezer meals.

CROCK POT WHITE CHILI RECIPE

Ingredients:

-16 oz bag of frozen white corn
-2 cans of White Beans
-1 4 oz can of green chilies
-1/2 chopped white onion
-2 minced cloves garlic
-1 cup vegetable broth
-juice from one lemon
-1 1/2 t cumin
-1/2 t Italian seasoning
-salt and pepper to taste
-mozzarella cheese (optional)

    Thanks for the Great recipe! Tried it for Sunday lunch today, but added chicken to the mix. Delicious!
